Expansion of research collaboration with Alliance Manchester Business School to promote cross-cultural exchange of research findings.

Yesterday, Dr. Theresa Morguet, postdoctoral researcher at our chair, presented her current research project on advice seeking within sales units as part of the Alliance Manchester Business School research seminar series. Using a social network approach, she highlighted the importance of using targeted steering mechanisms, such as building teams of people with complementary skills, incentivizing salespeople on a team level, or introducing horizontal career paths to encourage advice-seeking within sales teams.
