Contents
This course supplements lecture ACC 540 “Financial Statement Analysis & Equity Valuation” by assigning and discussing selected case studies in collaboration with KPMG (Service-lines: Accounting Advisory; Valuation; M&A; Strategy). These real-world case studies will help students to become familiar with the practical aspects of financial statement analysis and equity valuation in multiple business fields of application.
Learning outcomes
The students will be capable of implementing methods and tools of financial statement analysis, applying them in practical contexts, and presenting and critically discussing these solutions with professionals.
