After completing this course, students will be able to:
- Explain how integrated information systems enable and support end-to-end business processes in industrial firms.
- Analyze system integration and functional interdependencies across core business functions based on real-world case study evidence.
- Evaluate organizational and technical implications associated with system modernization.
- Acquire basic knowledge in applying and improving the case method for management education.
