New PhD student and research collaboration with Volkswagen

His PhD project is part of a close research collaboration with our sponsor and partner Volkswagen, where he is embedded in the Value Engineering department. Working in the team of Dr. Marcelo Cintra, Everardo’s research focuses on cost estimation for software projects, with a particular emphasis on AI-assisted software development and its implications for procurement and value management.

Everardo holds M.Sc. degrees from Technische Universität Braunschweig (Technology-Oriented Management) and the Instituto Tecnológico de Puebla (Industrial Engineering).
