Some weeks ago the AMA Winter Academic Conference of the American Marketing Association took place in Nashville. We are very proud of our doctoral candidate Aline Lanzrath for receiving the Doctoral Dissertation Award (Runner Up), presented by the American Marketing Association Sales Sig. We congratulate to this outstanding and inspiring achievement.
 
In her dissertation, Ms. Lanzrath deals with talent and diversity management in sales. More precisely, she examines successful talent management strategies in B2B sales. Using a multi-method approach, she outlined actionable guidelines on establishing B2B sales as a profession of choice for university graduates through interventions in labor market communication, job design, and academic education.
