14th Academic Symposium „Supply Management“ of the German Professional Procurement Association, March 08/ 09

The Endowed Chair of Procurement invites students, colleagues, and practitioners to the 14th edition of the Academic Symposium „Supply Management“ of the German Association Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Logistics (BME), which targets researchers and research-interested managers in the area of supply chain management. This year, the meeting will be held entirely virtually (via Zoom), offering unique opportunities to expand research, network with colleagues, and learn new ideas. - Two paper tracks (for academic and for practitioner contributions)
- Presentation finals of the prestigious „Hans Ovelgönne“ doctoral dissertation award for the best dissertation in the field of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
- Panel discussion on sustainability in procurement with Carolin Habich (Porsche AG), Dr. Marcell Vollmer (Boston Consulting Group), Dr. Ulrich Piepel (3P), and Prof. Dr. Nick Lin-Hi (University of Vechta).
- Keynote „Nachhaltigkeit in Lieferketten neu denken: Mit digitalen Technologien menschenrechtliche Sorgfaltspflichten absichern“ (Language DE) by Prof. Dr. Nick Lin-Hi.
