On May 10th, the ISM Award 2023 was presented at a ceremony in Vienna, the headquarters of last year's overall winner – and partner of the Endowed Chair of Procurement – OMV. In addition to the overall winner Brose (for the case „Integrated End to End Spend & Revenue Management“), category prizes were awarded for „Business Insights & Foresights“ (Sulzer), „Business Network“ (Altana), „Operational Excellence“ (Vaillant Group) and Organizational Agility (Atruvia).
The ISM Award is considered an important award for digitization projects in procurement and is presented annually by Roland Berger and SAP. Prof. Bode serves on the expert jury together with CPOs, industry experts, journalists and academics.
