Two papers accepted for presentation at AoM 2025

See you in Copenhagen!

Our team has successfully submitted two papers to the 85th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, scheduled for July 25–29, 2025, in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The first paper, „The Influence of Social and Environmental Framing on Buyers’ Attitudes and Purchase Intentions,“ is co-authored by Ruth Schültken and Christoph Bode. This research examines how sustainability issues framed as „social“ or „environmental“ influence buyers' attitudes and purchase intentions, finding significant differences based on framing.

The second paper, titled „Creating Competitive Dynamics in Software Sourcing: The Role of Requirement Specifications,“ is co-authored by Myrna Hantke, Tobias Fechner, and Christoph Bode. This study investigates how attributes of software requirement specifications, such as complexity and flexibility, shape supplier participation and competitiveness through analysis of 453 sourcing projects.

We look forward to presenting these current studies at this conference and engaging with fellow scholars in Copenhagen.
