Company Days @Business School

I am very grateful to the Business School at the University of Mannheim. My studies, along with the Operations Management Gap Year program, prepared me perfectly for starting my career. The theories taught in lectures, combined with real-world case examples and the hands-on experience during the Gap Year, gave me exactly the tools I needed to enter the professional world. The LVMH & Dior workshop as part of the Company Days enabled me to get to know my current employer. Now, I have been working as a manager at Dior for one and a half years, and I am happy to continue making people not only more beautiful, but also happier.

Studying Business Administration at the University of Mannheim paved the way for my career in consulting. The high academic standards and international focus gave me both theoretical knowledge and the practical skills essential for a career in this field. What shaped my experience most was getting involved in outstanding student initiatives. The workshops, career dinners, and alumni events were not only professionally inspiring, but also played a key role in my personal and professional development.

I owe an incredible amount to the University of Mannheim. After completing my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and the MMM, I was perfectly prepared for starting my professional career. Through a workshop organized by the Business Administration Faculty together with Würth, I was able to get to know my current employer. Now, almost three years later, I am Managing Director of Würth in South Korea and I am looking forward to helping further develop Würth successfully in South Korea.
