Since the semester abroad is integrated into your study curriculum, you will have the opportunity to broaden your academic and cultural horizon without prolonging your studies.

Support
The departmental exchange coordinator from the International Affairs Team of the Business School as well as the Central International Office are happy to provide assistance before, during and after your stay abroad. Please find all necessary information on our e-learning platform ILIAS in the folder “Auslandssemester”.

Application
Apply during your third semester for a placement at one of our partner universities and study abroad in your fifth semester. Experience reports help you to learn more about the host universities. Alternatively, an application as freemover at a foreign university is also possible.

Recognition
Courses taken abroad can be easily transferred into the International Studies Module of your bachelor's program after prior consultation with your academic advisor. Please read the information provided on ILIAS and contact the departmental exchange coordinators of the Business School or the examination committee in case you have further questions.

Be part of the study option IBEA and study within four years in for different countries around the world. Or apply for our double degree program with Guanghua Business School at the Peking University in China and get two degrees in four years.
