Peri SE
CEO Challenge: Scaling Innovation in Construction Tech
Peri brings a real strategic challenge from the Strategy Office directly to the University. They’re not looking for spectators, they’re looking for strategists ready to take ownership.
On March 17, 2026, Alexander Schwörer, Owner & Advisory Board Member, will come to campus in person to work with you on a current growth strategy. This is not about hypothetical numbers, it’s about a real innovation we aim to scale globally.
The Mission: Project “Double DUO”
Peri has a product that is transforming the market. They need the perfect market–product fit and an aggressive go-to-market strategy. In this workshop, you will compete against each other in teams.
What to expect:
- Real impact instead of simulation:
You’ll work with real market data and current strategic challenges from their corporate strategy. - Sparring at eye level:
You will pitch your results directly to the owner and the strategy team, and receive immediate, unfiltered feedback. - Competition & networking:
The best team wins. In addition, Peri invites you to a working lunch where you can network informally with Alexander Schwörer and their strategy team (including alumni). - Your profile:
Whether Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA – if you think entrepreneurially, are analytically strong, and unafraid of complex strategic questions, this is the right place for you.
Case Study: Facts & Figures
Context:
Peri is a global leader in formwork and scaffolding for major construction projects. With DUO, they have developed a new lightweight product that simplifies construction sites.
Challenges:
While Peri is strong in complex large-scale projects, DUO opens up entirely new opportunities in new markets. Key questions include:
- In which markets and for which target groups do new opportunities emerge?
- Which markets should be prioritized?
- Which customer segments should be targeted?
- What should the go-to-market strategy look like?
- Which sales channels should be used?
- What are the success factors, and how strongly do they contribute to the success of the strategy?
