As part of this year’s 72nd Deutscher Juristentag 2018 (26th – 28th September) in Leipzig, Prof. Dr. Bernd Helmig is invited to present a speech on economic, governance and management relevant factors concerning changes in the legal nonprofit status. Following the plenary and working groups’ discussions the 72nd Deutscher Juristentag will provide proposals for changes in the national legal foundations to the legislator.
