Prof. Dr. Felix Fritsch Receives Teaching Award 2025

As in previous years, Business Administration students had the opportunity to nominate and vote for their Lecturer of the Year. After two rounds, Prof. Dr. Fritsch emerged as the winner and was honored for his outstanding teaching. Key to his success were his clearly structured and well-prepared teaching materials, as well as his dedicated and interactive approach. Students particularly praised his inspiring teaching style: with his palpable passion for Accounting, a great sense of humor, and an engaging presence, he manages to make even complex subject matter tangible and interesting.

Reflecting on the award, Prof. Dr. Fritsch said:

“I feel very honored -- this award is one of the most motivating forms of feedback you can get. It reminds me why it’s worth putting dedication and care into teaching, and I’m happy that I could help make a relevant yet intellectually challenging subject like financial accounting more accessible and engaging.”
