Dissertation award for outstanding research to Dr. Maximilian Merath

Dr. Maximilian Merath received the 2019 IPSERA Doctoral Dissertation Award for his dissertation titled “Decision making in supply risk and supply disruption management.”

Dr. Merath conducted his research at the Endowed Chair of Procurement, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Christoph Bode. In his dissertation, he studied three research questions related to corporate social responsibility, supply disruptions, and supply risk management. The IPSERA dissertation award recognizes the originality, relevance, and rigor of his work.
