New publication: Gender Representation and Willingness to Co-Produce
This research uses a survey experiment to examine the effects of gender representation on individuals’ willingness to participate in coproduction. The results indicate that gender representation does, indeed, not affect coproduction intentions. These findings contradict previous studies and point to uncertainty as an important boundary condition.
