Congratulations to Dr. Tischer, former PhD student at our chair, for winning this year's Alfred Gerardi Memorial Award (AGGP) of the German Dialogue Marketing Association (DDV) for the best dissertation.

Dr. Tischer received the award for his doctoral thesis at the chair of Prof. Homburg on the topic of Customer Experience Management in B2B markets, which he presented at the award ceremony at Goethe University in Frankfurt.

The DDV awards the AGGP every year to up to three outstanding theses in the field of dialogue marketing.
