Successful selling in the public sector: learnings from science and practice

Organized by Possible, Florian Holz, employee at our chair, and Vanessa Theel from SUMM AI held a online seminar last Friday (28.06.2024) on the topic “Sales in the public sector”.

The business-to-government (B2G) sector is facing particular challenges, especially for many start-ups. As a result, the need for innovative digital solutions in the public sector is growing rapidly.


Organized by Possible, Florian Holz, research assistant and PhD student at our Chair of B2B Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Sart-up co-founder Vanessa Theel from SUMM AI held a online seminar last Friday (28.06.2024) on the topic “Sales in the public sector”.

In the online seminar, Mr. Holz and Ms. Theel provided valuable insights and learnings from science and practice, such as which levers prove to be success factors when selling products to the public sector and how hurdles in B2G sales can be overcome.

Finally, the two gave practical tips for a successful sales strategy to the public sector. The online seminar with around 40 participants concluded with a Q&A session.
