Within the specialization in Human Resource Management, students will be prepared for a profession in the sector of human resource management as well as in consulting. Accordingly, in-depth knowledge on key subfunctions in HR is being taught, for students to acquire the necessary skills to develop business-specific HR strategies and implement them in an international context.
