At our chair, we value research that is highly up-to-date and directly linked to practical relevance. Therefore, sharing knowledge between academia and business practice is very important to us, as both parties can benefit from interesting insights.

Our colleague, Dr. Aline Lanzrath recently joined the Siemens Advanta Women’s Meet-up to discuss her latest research project.
In her presentation, she emphasized the importance of diversity in sales, particularly the underrepresentation of women in B2B sales and the social and economic benefits that can be derived from diversified sales teams. Attracting and retaining female talent and leadership is a key challenge that should be faced.
