Last week, our colleague Florian Holz attended the 2025 AMA Winter Conference of the American Marketing Association in Phoenix, Arizona. It was an amazing experience to meet fellow researchers, attend insightful presentations, and exchange new ideas.

Florian Holz presented his research project „How to Succeed in the Public Sector? Understanding Sales Strategies and Structures for Selling to Government Customers”, which he conducted in collaboration with Dr. Aline Lanzrath and Prof. Christian Homburg. Within the project, they investigate the impact of when and how sales teams engage with government customers on performance as well as which sales structures drive these approaches.
