Congratulations to our post-doctoral researcher Dr. Aline Lanzrath on receiving the WisssenschaftsAward of the Bundesverband Direktvertrieb Deutschland e. V. – BDD. Dr. Lanzrath received the award for her dissertation on “Talent and Diversity Management in Sales – An Empirical Study of Success Factors for Attracting and Retaining Sales Talent”.

In a keynote speech at the award ceremony, Dr. Lanzrath used several empirical studies to explain measures for attracting and retaining (female) university graduates.

The Science Award is presented by the Bundesverband Direktvertrieb in order to promote research work at universities in the field of this sales channel. The winners are selected by the association's Scientific Advisory Board, which is made up of experts from the fields of business and law.
