Dr. Aline Lanzrath receives the Südwestmetall sponsorship award

Our colleague Dr. Aline Lanzrath, currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Business-to-Business, Sales & Pricing at the University of Mannheim, has been awarded the Südwestmetall Sponsorship Award 2024 for her dissertation titled “Talent and Diversity Management in Sales: An Empirical Study of Success Factors for Attracting and Retaining Sales Talents”.

Congratulations to our colleague Dr. Aline Lanzrath, who has been awarded the Südwestmetall Sponsorship Award 2024 for her dissertation on “Talent and Diversity Management in Sales”.

The employer association Südwestmetall honored eight young researchers from universities in Baden-Württemberg for their outstanding scientific work last Thursday. Each research project stands out for its significant relevance to the industrial workplace and the associated socio-political conditions.

Talent management and increasing the proportion of women are central challenges for companies, particularly in business-to-business sales. Dr. Lanzrath addresses these challenges in her dissertation, focusing on the factors contributing to the success of attracting and retaining (female) sales talents. Her work provides empirically grounded recommendations for audience-oriented talent and diversity management.
