The Institute for Market-Oriented Management (IMU) at the University of Mannheim cordially invites you to its annual spring conference on March 20, 2025.

This year's theme, "Redefining Customer Relationships – Focusing on Hyperpersonalisation", will be discussed from different perspectives.
In particular, the conference will offer participants:

  • Practical insights and best practices from companies on hyperpersonalization in marketing and sales
  • Scientific findings on the implications of hyperpersonalization for marketing and sales as well as approaches on how to deal with the resulting opportunities and challenges
  • Inspiring discussions with leaders from well-known companies
  • Networking opportunities with practitioners, academics and students

The event consists of in-depth presentations and interactive Q&A sessions. Renowned experts will present their insights and perspectives on the topic. Further details on the program will follow shortly.

The participation fee is EUR 349 plus VAT if you register by February 13, 2025, after which the participation fee is EUR 399 plus VAT. Discounts are available for accompanying persons and cooperation partners
