Karin Islinger Award for young researchers

Congratulations to Dr. Aline Lanzrath!

Mannheim researcher and assistant professor Dr. Aline Lanzrath receives the Karin Islinger Prize for her dissertation on “Talent and Diversity Management in Sales”.

The Karin Islinger Foundation annually honors young researchers, such as Dr. Lanzrath, for outstanding scientific work. Dr. Lanzrath received the award for her dissertation at the University of Mannheim on the topic of “Talent and Diversity Management in Sales – An Empirical Investigation of the Success Factors for Attracting and Retaining Sales Talent”. She conducts research at the Chair of Business-to-Business Marketing, Sales and Pricing of Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult. Christian Homburg.

In her dissertation, Dr. Lanzrath investigates measures for attracting and retaining (female) university graduates and sales talents in the B2B sales sector in several empirical studies. Dr. Lanzrath thus makes an important contribution to research in the field of talent and diversity management as well as to corporate practice.

The Karin-Islinger Foundation honors outstanding scientific research at the University of Mannheim in the field of economics and its borderline areas. The prize is awarded annually for scientific work that is relevant to the industrial working world or its socio-political framework.
