American Marketing Association (AMA) Conference | San Diego

Last week Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Christian Homburg and Theresa Morguet visited the annual Academic Winter Conference of the American Marketing Association in San Diego.

Theresa Morguet, research assistant at our chair, presented her research on how to incentivice inside sales units in a digital age. Together with Prof. Homburg and Prof. Hohenberg, she demonstrated in her research that in inside sales, performance incentives at a team level are particularly successful. Andreas Polthier, reserach assistant at the Chair of Marketing & Innovation, presented his findings on how innovative customer complaints influence the reaction behavior of organizations.
